IQC is responsible for raw material inspection, semi - component inspection, and component life testing. IPQC is carried out by professional inspectors and is responsible for performance testing, leakage checking, and functional testing. OQC conducts 100% inspection before loading, including functional testing, safety testing, leakage checking, drop testing, and critical component checking.

Our injection - molding workshop showcases outstanding production capabilities. Equipped with 5 advanced injection - molding machines, we can manufacture both small, precise components and large parts for coffee machines. Committed to innovation, we conduct irregular new product R&D. From product design and mold development to injection molding, every process strictly adheres to ISO 9001 standards. Our metalwork factory covers an area of 3,000 square meters. With 40 skilled technicians and 20+ pieces of professional equipment, we're well - equipped for various metalworking tasks. Operating under the 6S workshop management model, we maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. This ensures high - quality output, streamlined production processes, and the ability to meet the diverse needs of our customers with precision and speed.  

We have been cooperating with two well-known circuit board manufacturers for many years. These suppliers use advanced equipment imported from Japan for circuit board production, ensuring that our products are equipped with high-quality circuit boards. This not only improves the safety of machine operation but also extends the service life of the machines.

Our factory boasts extremely high production efficiency. With five production lines, we have the capacity for large-scale production. We ensure that our products are rapidly manufactured in strict accordance with international standards. Under normal circumstances, we can provide fast delivery, with the quickest delivery time ranging from 30 to 45 days. This enables us to promptly meet our customers' market demands and provide them with a reliable, stable, and timely supply of coffee equipment.
